We've just completed our second annual survey of services entrepreneurs... while tabulation of results is still ongoing, here's a peek at some of the findings!

When asked about the best investment of their time for finding information, most services firm owner/managers cite face-to-face contact with their peers and colleagues. While many use the Internet to find information, this is usually a scanning exercise; they then turn to people to zero in on the information they most need in running their firms.

When asked: Which task would you drop if you could do so and still be successful? the responses included.... travel... having to cope with keeping up-to-date in a climate of overly-rapid change... report writing... managing employees... and worrying!
